Leads day-to-day client strategy, account management, reporting, and communication across 5–6 digital marketing accounts. Develops cross-channel media plans, test-and-learn roadmaps, performance presentations, and growth recommendations while coordinating internal teams, managing deliverables and budgets, and building trusted client relationships. The role focuses on expanding expertise across search, social, programmatic, funnel optimization, attribution, and data storytelling under senior mentorship.

Support email and SMS lifecycle programs across client accounts: write briefs, build/QA/deploy campaigns and flows in Klaviyo and other ESPs, troubleshoot rendering and integrations, analyze CRM KPIs, manage tasks in the PM system, maintain client files, and advise stakeholders on CRM best practices.

Leads end-to-end programmatic strategy, campaign execution, optimization, and client management across medium to large accounts. Directly manages campaigns across major DSPs, develops audience and bidding strategies, guides measurement and testing, ensures brand safety and QA, and drives performance improvements. The role also supports business development, mentors team members, improves workflows, and partners with analytics, creative, and account teams. It is hands-on initially, with long-term responsibility for building and leading a programmatic team.
