Manage CRM strategy and client relationships across 6+ DTC accounts. Own end-to-end email production, segmentation, deployment, and QA. Build and optimize omnichannel retention programs (subscription, loyalty, referral), analyze reporting, recommend optimizations, and mentor 1-2 CRM analysts. Stay current on email best practices and coordinate with creative and e-commerce teams to drive retention and lifetime value.

The role involves leading ecommerce growth strategies for DTC brands, focusing on performance marketing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include managing acquisition strategies, optimizing user experiences, and leading client relationships to drive measurable growth and impact.

Own end-to-end UGC programs for assigned clients: source, brief, review, edit, and deliver creator content. Lead client communication, build creator relationships, ensure platform and brand compliance, support live shopping, analyze UGC/TikTok performance, present insights, and collaborate with creative and paid teams to produce reusable UGC assets.
