Supervise hotel engineering staff—hire, schedule, train, coach, and manage performance. Ensure compliance with codes and franchise standards, maintain building systems and life-safety equipment, prioritize and oversee maintenance requests, monitor utilities, manage logs and documentation, perform special projects, and serve as acting Director of Engineering when needed while delivering excellent guest service.
