Build and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines and platform tooling across modern and legacy environments. Design infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Helm; strengthen platform security; create reusable automation; apply AI to infrastructure analysis and incident investigation; mentor engineers and support incident management.

Designs, improves, and embeds security across cloud and application environments. Maintains security engineering solutions, supports a multi-year security uplift program, designs secure technical architectures, develops enterprise security standards and hardening guidance, and provides risk-based advice to stakeholders and delivery teams. The role requires broad security engineering and architecture expertise, with deeper experience in cloud security or application security preferred.

Provides end-to-end employee and industrial relations legal support, advising on contracts, policies, compliance, performance management, investigations, disciplinary matters, disputes, litigation, and strategic projects. Partners closely with People & Culture and internal stakeholders to manage employee-related legal risks across the organisation.

Lead and develop an engineering team responsible for Salesforce, digital signage, and backend platforms. Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, software development, integrations, automation, DevOps, AI adoption, and continuous improvement. Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture to deliver secure, scalable solutions and achieve business outcomes. Coach engineers, influence stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and support modern engineering practices and production systems.

Monitor and triage threats across security platforms, investigate and coordinate incident response, manage MDR provider engagement, tune alerts, reduce false positives, and apply threat intelligence to improve the organization’s security posture.
