Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, kitchen and laundry equipment; complete work orders in CMMS; inspect guest rooms and public areas; troubleshoot and perform general carpentry, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs; support emergency repairs, on-call rotation, capital projects, and maintain safety compliance and organized workshop.
