Manage full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, development, wellness, compensation, compliance, policies, HR systems, and employee programs. Advise managers and senior leadership on workplace issues, risks, and organizational change. Lead the Pathways to Success program and support culture and engagement initiatives. Maintain HR records and systems while helping develop L•Hub’s external HR services and client relationships.

Support day-to-day aerodrome operations and site safety at a remote mine airport. Responsibilities include runway and airfield inspections, wildlife control, winter and summer maintenance, emergency response, airfield equipment and electrical maintenance, security assistance, airside escorts, aircraft marshalling, ground handling, baggage and cargo handling, de-icing, and aerodrome advisory services. The role follows Transport Canada requirements and operates on a 14-days-on, 14-days-off camp schedule.
