Teams at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, COO, and Development leadership: manage calendars, correspondence, expense reporting, board communications, meeting logistics, minutes transcription, donor data/reporting in DonorPerfect, and maintain historical and donor records. Serve as liaison to Board of Trustees and support departmental operations and events.

The Government and Institutional Giving Officer develops funding strategies, oversees grant proposals, manages compliance, and cultivates relationships with funders and agencies.

Lead sustainability operations and design evidence-based behavior change interventions across staff, volunteers, and guests. Develop sustainability strategy, conduct environmental audits, implement technologies and trainings, manage a team and budget, track metrics, build partnerships, and report measurable conservation outcomes.
