Supports senior living community operations and partners with the Executive Director to deliver an exceptional resident and family experience. Builds relationships, resolves concerns, leads service recovery, monitors satisfaction, supports staffing and training, assists with occupancy and engagement efforts, and contributes to compliance, safety, budgeting, and operational performance. Provides leadership coverage and supports resident transitions, events, and special projects.

Directs memory care services for residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other memory disorders. Conducts resident assessments, develops care plans, coordinates nursing and community services, monitors health changes, communicates with families and healthcare providers, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role also hires, trains, supervises, and manages staff while overseeing care quality and departmental budgeting.

Supports activities and special events for senior living residents, including setup, decorating, resident engagement, surveys, newsletters, social media updates, marketing events, volunteer coordination, transportation scheduling, and compliance reporting. Requires strong customer service, genuine care for seniors, willingness and licensure to drive community vehicles, and adherence to health and safety requirements.

Oversee rental sales and occupancy for a senior living community. Manage leads from inquiry through move-in, build referral relationships, create and execute sales and marketing plans, maintain market research and budgets, and collaborate with leadership to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
