Supports the AI Research Program’s day-to-day operations by coordinating workshops, legislative briefings, visiting fellow logistics, podcast production, social media promotion, travel, commissioned papers, calendars, reporting, and administrative tasks. The role requires managing multiple deadlines, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supporting events and fellows, and helping maintain smooth program operations with minimal supervision.
