Responsibilities include supervising workflow, training, troubleshooting equipment, enforcing cGMP/USDA/OSHA requirements, conducting audits, documentation, continuous improvement, and coordinating with plant leadership.

Prepare and reconcile plant inventory and cost accounting records, analyze variances, support monthly close and budgeting, automate cost processes, collaborate with production to improve yields and reduce costs, and produce management reports and ad hoc financial analyses.
