Coordinates food-processing production teams and workflows, assigns work, monitors safety, quality, equipment operation, and production efficiency. Troubleshoots machinery issues, supports repairs, trains and coaches employees, completes production reports, maintains compliance with food safety, USDA, OSHA, and company policies, and assists with packaging, shipping, and material handling activities.

Manages daily operations of a 24/7 manufacturing plant, including production scheduling, personnel leadership, safety, quality, sanitation, food defense, maintenance coordination, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Oversees hiring, training, performance management, succession planning, operating procedures, production objectives, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires process manufacturing and leadership experience, preferably in food or feed processing, with availability to live within 45 minutes of the facility.

Manages daily office and facility operations, including maintenance, space planning, security access, supplies, mail, vendors, budgets, invoices, events, meetings, and workplace safety. Supports reception, employee onboarding, workstation setup, facility orientations, and administrative services. Maintains a functional, safe, organized workplace while coordinating service providers and supporting business continuity.
