Sell and manage group business for the hotel: solicit and retain group accounts, conduct sales calls and site inspections, negotiate contracts, meet group and banquet revenue goals, manage sales correspondence and reporting, represent the hotel at trade shows, and use Delphi and Opera systems to track activity.

Perform general repair and maintenance of hotel physical assets, support maintenance team, follow Chief Engineer priorities, maintain tools and work area cleanliness, handle chemicals safely, complete paperwork and assist on special projects.

Coordinate front office, housekeeping, group arrivals, VIP experiences, room routing, billing, and special reservations. Serve as liaison between departments to ensure room readiness, accurate reservations, guest satisfaction, and successful execution of group and VIP programs. Provide front desk and housekeeping support, handle guest concerns, manage complimentary reservations and profiles, and track out-of-service rooms. Follow emergency procedures and safe work practices.

Assist Outlet Manager overseeing restaurant, in-room dining, minibar and beverage operations. Supervise and train staff, ensure service standards, manage setup/sidework, handle guest complaints, monitor inventory, maintain cleanliness and appearance, control payroll paperwork in manager’s absence, and operate POS and beverage equipment.
