Assists the Corporate Controller with hotel accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll, accounts receivable, group billing, credit card reconciliation, chargebacks, refunds, general ledger postings, daily income reporting, cashier audits, and night audit verification. The role also trains accounting staff, manages direct-bill accounts, monitors delinquent accounts and advance deposits, and supports departmental coverage, including weekends and holidays.

Repairs and maintains hotel physical assets, organizes tools and materials, handles chemicals safely, maintains work areas, completes documentation, supports special projects, and provides leadership to Mechanic I and II team members.

Leads the hotel’s sales, marketing, public relations, catering sales, and business development functions. Develops revenue and market-share strategies, manages brand and digital marketing initiatives, oversees budgets and forecasting, builds client and community relationships, and leads the Sales & Marketing team. Partners with Revenue Management and hotel Operations to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, catering revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and overall market positioning.

Receives assignments, organizes tools and materials, maintains equipment and work areas, handles chemicals safely, secures assigned keys and communication devices, completes required paperwork, follows hotel policies, and assists with special projects.
