Responsibilities include budgeting, variance reporting, rent collection, occupancy, marketing, LIHTC compliance, inspections, resident satisfaction, maintenance readiness, incident reporting, and onsite team development. The role requires frequent travel between properties, owner relationship management, and direct supervision of employees.

Manages an affordable multifamily residential community, overseeing property operations, occupancy, revenue, budgets, leasing, resident relations, staff supervision, and owner reporting. Ensures compliance with LIHTC and affordable housing regulations, including certifications, recertifications, income qualifications, and resident files. Recruits, trains, and manages staff while maintaining property quality, safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
