Welcomes hotel guests, completes check-in, check-out, rooming, payment, and billing procedures, and provides concierge assistance. Builds rapport with luxury-hotel guests, records preferences and personal information, resolves queries, and delivers highly personalized service. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, initiative, and customer-service skills, with Opera system experience and additional language ability preferred.

Supports daily colleague canteen service by maintaining a clean environment, ensuring food and drinks are available, replenishing crockery and supplies, following food hygiene practices, and providing friendly service. The role works with chefs, back-of-house colleagues, and Human Resources on meals and events, provides feedback to the Executive Sous Chef, and operates independently in a busy hotel environment.
