Manage accounts payable, journal entries, accruals, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll accounting, vendor records, and audit support. The role also assists with tax filings, vendor management, spend tracking, process automation, and internal control improvements while maintaining accurate, timely, audit-ready books.

Manages People Operations across U.S. and Canadian locations, including employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, separations, leaves, compliance, payroll adjustments, benefits, HRIS administration, employee records, onboarding, engagement programs, and safety support. Leads a People Operations Coordinator and partners with leadership on policies, risk management, new market launches, and employee programs. The remote role requires up to 30% travel to station locations.
