Design and coordinate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and telecommunications systems for commercial and government design-build projects. Responsibilities include preparing Revit and Bluebeam construction documents, performing engineering calculations, coordinating multidisciplinary designs, reviewing codes and specifications, supporting preconstruction and value engineering, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and providing construction-phase technical support. The role also mentors engineers and contributes to proposals and business development.

Leads mechanical system design and coordination for commercial and government design-build projects from concept through construction. Develops MEP designs, construction documents, calculations, equipment selections, and system layouts using Revit and BIM workflows. Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients; reviews codes, specifications, RFIs, and submittals; supports preconstruction, value engineering, and business development. Provides technical guidance to junior engineers and contributes to project schedules and deliverables.
