Leads capital investment projects from concept through commissioning, including engineering design, equipment specification, supplier and contractor coordination, installation, testing, and startup. Develops technical documentation, P&IDs, layouts, and project scopes; supports PLC/SCADA modifications, procurement, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Ensures compliance with HSE requirements, budgets, schedules, and technical standards while supporting maintenance teams, CMMS implementation, training, and continuous improvement.

Supports engineering and operations teams through technical documentation, control narrative and FDS updates, equipment tagging, process mapping, systems review, and maintenance workflow documentation. Works with technical managers, engineers, technicians, and the CMMS team to understand site operations and identify process improvements. The intern gains hands-on experience with engineering documentation, asset management, maintenance processes, and cross-functional teamwork while following site health and safety procedures.
