Lead a market research project among professional chefs in the Benelux: design and conduct surveys/interviews, analyze trends and competitor activity, measure brand and product awareness, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to Sales and Marketing.

Manage daily processing operations from harvest to packaging, ensuring food safety, quality, traceability, and KPI-driven production efficiency. Lead and develop a team (~20 FTE), oversee audits and compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support investments in equipment and sustainability.

Lead QA across hatchery to processing, ensuring fish health, biosecurity, microbiological monitoring, water quality analysis, audits, RCA-CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement in welfare and production KPIs while coordinating with Production, Hatchery, and Processing teams.
