Supports the resort Sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and client materials; maintaining sales records, calendars, and account information; coordinating inquiries, appointments, site visits, room blocks, and event details; tracking deadlines and deposits; and communicating professionally with clients and resort departments.

Manages property-level accounting operations for a hospitality resort, including daily cash and bank reconciliations, revenue review, payroll processing, tax-filing support, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, financial recordkeeping, and internal controls. Partners with resort leaders, Human Resources, and finance leadership to investigate discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support reliable financial reporting.
