Provide oversight and person-centered planning for individuals receiving Community Habilitation services. Deliver weekly direct support, supervise and coach direct support staff, ensure OPWDD compliance, maintain documentation, recruit and train staff, participate in treatment teams, and support individuals' independence and wellbeing.

Senior executive responsible for all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash and asset management, regulatory and grant compliance, financial reporting and audits. Leads finance and operations support teams, implements systems and controls, advises executive leadership and Board, and oversees vendor, lender, and auditor relationships to ensure fiscal health and strategic growth.

Provide psychological and neuropsychological assessments, diagnose developmental and behavioral issues, write evaluation reports, communicate findings to patients/families, offer individual or group therapy, supervise trainees and master's clinicians, participate in multidisciplinary teams, develop trainings, and engage in research and programmatic activities.
