Directs corporate partnership sales and servicing for Broadway Across America. Responsibilities include retaining and developing sponsorship business, creating sales presentations, cultivating client relationships, negotiating contract language, managing invoicing and collections, ensuring sponsorship deliverables, and attending events. The role requires meeting regional revenue goals, coordinating across multiple markets, and occasional travel or work outside normal business hours.

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for ticket discovery, purchasing, order management, and customer support. Collaborate with designers, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders; contribute to scalable design systems; document implementation requirements; and review accessibility, usability, and visual quality. The role requires balancing customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and deadlines while developing user-centered digital experiences across JGO brands.

Supports national theater operations through season pricing, schedule reviews, settlement database management, engagement settlements, settlement memos, spreadsheet maintenance, data entry, document editing, correspondence, accuracy checks, and deadline tracking. The role requires strong communication, organization, adaptability, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, Adobe Pro experience, and the ability to manage changing seasonal workloads.
