Support national and local sponsorship sales by managing account fulfillment, ticketing, sponsor communications, proof-of-performance recaps, and event coordination. Assist leadership with presentations, contracts, research, lead generation, and merchandise orders. Provide excellent customer service, maintain barter logs, and work with box offices across markets. Some travel and after-hours events required.

Part-time in-house graphic designer creating marketing collateral (emails, digital ads, print, outdoor, social, video) for touring Broadway campaigns. Collaborate with regional teams, implement feedback, code responsive/accessible emails, manage projects from concept to final asset.
