Support new business efforts by managing CRM entries, qualifying and nurturing leads, coordinating meetings and RFP responses, preparing customized proposals and presentations, and translating discovery insights into briefs. Monitor pipelines, maintain asset libraries, suggest process improvements, and represent the agency at events while partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs to delivery.

Support project and account teams by maintaining timelines, coordinating resources, managing documentation, scheduling meetings, proofreading deliverables, and handling client communications for smaller accounts. Assist with billing/time tracking processes, proposals and SOWs, and help identify upsell opportunities while supporting project managers on overflow tasks.
