Supports Account Managers and independently manages smaller client projects, including quotes, pricing, documentation, order review, vendor coordination, scheduling, installation oversight, status reporting, invoicing resolution, and client communication through project completion. Collaborates with design, project management, finance, operations, vendors, contractors, and business development teams to ensure accurate, timely, and satisfactory project delivery.

Leads complex commercial furniture projects from proposal through closeout, managing labor scope, schedules, logistics, budgets, risks, documentation, installations, site conditions, vendors, contractors, and client communications. Coordinates internal teams and external stakeholders, reviews plans, oversees delivery and installation, tracks change orders, ensures compliance and quality, and completes punch lists and sign-offs.

Coordinates quality control, punch list, warranty, freight claim, and order discrepancy resolution. Communicates with clients, vendors, manufacturers, sales, project teams, and service center staff; reviews submissions, enters vendor acknowledgments, places product and service orders, follows up on deliveries and installations, and supports customer experience improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
