Lead and develop hotel sales strategy and teams to drive top-line revenue. Oversee property sales staff, mentor and coach, manage key accounts, implement selling processes, and support operations and revenue management to maximize profit opportunities and ensure strong guest and team experiences.

Support and execute marketing initiatives across restaurant and hotel properties: coordinate campaigns and events, prepare materials and reports, manage social media content and community engagement, provide on-site support for shoots/events, monitor performance metrics, and communicate with property teams and leadership.
