Own the full SaaS sales cycle from demo to close, generate and manage pipeline (inbound/outbound), forecast and maintain CRM, build C-level relationships, collaborate with BDR and account management teams, and translate client requirements to engineering for successful onboarding.

Support PR account teams with sample management, media/gifting coordination, research, editorial clipping, PR asset preparation, event support and administrative tasks including calendars, travel and internal reports.

Support PR team with sample management and trafficking; track press and competitor coverage; draft and edit press materials and reports; provide event support; attend meetings and take notes. Must be bilingual in Chinese and English and available 4-5 days/week for at least three months.
