Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategy, optimizing LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, passive outreach, candidate assessments, interview coordination, offer negotiation support, weekly reporting, and documenting the recruiting process.

Lead HR functions and office management for a small, fast-paced organization: design and implement HR and talent strategies, manage office operations, support remote and local employees, assist senior accountant with admin tasks, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster an inclusive culture.
