Conducts evaluation-only medical examinations for disability determinations, including reviewing medical histories and diagnostic testing, performing physical exams, and preparing detailed reports. The role involves no treatment, follow-up care, or on-call responsibilities and requires an active unrestricted MD or DO license and prior clinical experience. The schedule is predictable, with work two Saturdays per month in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Provide direct clinical supervision and support to patients during dosing sessions for FDA-regulated psychedelic medication trials. Monitors attend recurring dosing visits, complete study-specific training, and support psychiatric investigational studies across PTSD and major depressive disorder indications. The role requires a licensed healthcare provider with graduate-level professional training and psychotherapy experience outside research.

Provides field-based workers’ compensation case management for injured workers. Coordinates medical appointments, care plans, providers, employers, and claims professionals; advocates for patients; supports recovery; and maintains documentation and follow-up. The role serves Los Angeles and surrounding areas, is primarily independent and field-based, and requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory.
