Provides onsite frontline technology support across the Hobby Center campus. Responsibilities include end-user troubleshooting, ticket management, Microsoft 365 and Entra administration, device provisioning, iOS and network support, asset management, documentation, staff training, technology communications, policy support, AI implementation, SharePoint adoption, vendor coordination, and process improvement.
