Teams at The Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation

Assists with meal preparation and service for residents, including assembling trays, delivering meal carts, portioning food, rotating supplies, disposing of refuse, and following recipes. Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and equipment while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, efficiency, and resident satisfaction in a team-focused environment.

Lead nursing shifts by supervising nurse aides, administering medications, implementing care plans and treatments, transcribing physician orders, documenting resident care, educating staff, ensuring infection-control and safety, and coordinating staffing to maintain quality resident care.
