Oversees community business office operations including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, benefits administration, billing reconciliation, month-end close support, budgeting and variance reporting. Maintains employee records, ensures regulatory compliance, assists executive director with financial and operational reporting, supports sales/marketing tours, and may supervise administrative staff.
