Lead sales and marketing for an assisted living community: generate and manage leads to move-ins, develop and execute sales/marketing plans and events, track activities in community software, coordinate move-in process, analyze local market and competition, maintain compliance and confidentiality, and support community appearance and team communication to grow occupancy and revenue.

Lead daily operations and full P&L for an assisted living community. Recruit, train, and supervise department heads and staff; oversee budgets, quality, compliance (OSHA, EOEA, Fair Housing), facilities, marketing, and community relations to maintain occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial goals.
