Conducts pavement engineering research to develop and improve asphalt materials and processes. Designs reproducible experiments, analyzes and visualizes data, interprets results, and presents findings to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates cross-functionally to address technical and customer challenges, follows laboratory safety and regulatory requirements, manages work plans, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires asphalt paving or mixture experience, physical work around asphalt materials, and regional overnight travel.

Supports engineering research and development projects across laboratory, pilot plant, office, and field settings. Responsibilities include researching technologies, designing and operating laboratory and pilot plant experiments, handling equipment, collecting and analyzing samples and data, and making recommendations. The intern reports to a Project, Senior, or Principal Engineer and must follow laboratory safety and PPE requirements.

Supports the Learning and Development team with professional development training, digital learning content, instructional design, LMS administration, reporting, content reviews, and quality checks. The intern helps coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions, assists with learning initiative design and evaluation, observes internal meetings, and gains hands-on experience in talent management, training metrics, leadership, and eLearning practices.

Own and build StreetIQ’s marketing function, including HubSpot implementation, marketing operations, demand generation, sales sequences, trade shows, channel marketing, brand, content, and performance reporting. Partner with sales, product, leadership, customers, and channel partners to create clear messaging, generate qualified pipeline, improve lead processes, manage events, and connect marketing activity to revenue.

Provides administrative, data, compliance, reporting, and communication support for employee benefits and well-being programs. Processes enrollments, eligibility changes, audits, billing reconciliations, vendor transactions, compliance documentation, employee inquiries, and benefits reporting. Supports open enrollment, plan transitions, vendor reviews, and well-being initiatives while maintaining accurate records and confidential information. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, customer service, and developing knowledge of benefits regulations and HR systems.

Supports Strategic Communications and Early-in-Career Talent teams through storytelling, newsletters, social media content, proofreading, event coordination, metrics tracking, employee interviews, and UX communications. The intern will attend program events, visit work sites, identify story leads, and collaborate with communications and creative teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; rising juniors or seniors pursuing communications, journalism, or UX design are preferred.

Supports compensation and total rewards activities, including auditing, compensation requests, benchmarking, survey completion, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The intern manages multiple priorities, assists with talent and career initiatives, and handles confidential information while developing HR, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Corporate Accounting Intern supporting accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, audit preparation, documentation, controls, and process improvements. The role also involves accounting systems enhancements, AI and automation initiatives, reporting functionality, technical accounting research, and collaboration with Treasury, FP&A, and Tax teams.

Supports the Corporate Treasury team with electronic funds transfers, bank account reconciliations, check processing, cash management activities, and process improvement or automation initiatives. The intern will work in an office environment and communicate with management and business units while maintaining organization, accuracy, and deadline awareness.

Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, cleans and standardizes reporting, creates data dictionaries, organizes datasets, and produces documentation and training resources. The intern supports data preparation for AI/ML initiatives and helps teams improve data accessibility and interpretation. The role requires Power BI or similar visualization experience, familiarity with databases and Excel, strong documentation skills, and at least one year of data or reporting experience through internships, co-ops, or university research.
