Create photo and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, stories) across hotels, restaurants, events and nightlife. Collaborate with brand teams, edit social-first content, capture guest and employee experiences, and travel between local properties for shoots to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal and guest-facing systems across hotels and restaurants. Build integrations, automations, and websites; manage identity, deployments, networking, and monitoring; use AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery. Produce documentation, simplify systems, and partner with leadership on long-term technology strategy.

Serve as a hands-on HR partner for operational leaders across multiple properties. Manage employee relations, performance management, compliance, HRIS records, training, compensation processes, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Investigate issues, coach managers, support audits and reporting, and travel regularly to properties to implement HR initiatives and support leaders and teams.
