Manages employee relations, performance management, investigations, HR compliance, policies, HRIS records, leadership development, workforce planning, compensation and benefits support, engagement, and retention initiatives. Partners with leaders and employees across multiple New Mexico properties, analyzes HR metrics, supports audits and reporting, and travels regularly to provide onsite HR support and training.

Protect guests, employees, visitors, and hospitality properties by patrolling assigned areas, monitoring entrances and activity, responding to incidents, documenting reports, identifying safety concerns, and following emergency procedures. The role requires professionalism, situational awareness, sound judgment, guest interaction skills, schedule flexibility, and completion of employer-paid security and CPR certifications.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal and guest-facing systems across hotels and restaurants. Build integrations, automations, and websites; manage identity, deployments, networking, and monitoring; use AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery. Produce documentation, simplify systems, and partner with leadership on long-term technology strategy.
