Part-time middle school art aide supporting classroom teacher and students. Prepare and organize materials (clay, glazes, paints, watercolor paper), maintain work areas, mat and mount artwork for exhibits, install displays, and assist with cleaning and setup. Requires attention to detail, art background, ability to work independently, and flexibility for rotating class schedule and occasional extra exhibit hours.

Supervise K–5 students before school, during recess and lunch, and after school. Ensure children’s physical and emotional safety, lead age-appropriate enrichment activities, support student engagement, and maintain safe arrival and dismissal loading zones. The role requires positive communication with students, families, colleagues, and people from diverse backgrounds. This is a part-time, school-year position with shifts totaling up to 30 hours weekly.

Provides as-needed coverage for school nurses across K–12 campuses. Evaluates and cares for ill or injured students, administers medications, manages daily health-office responsibilities, and occasionally supports employees. Requires calm triage, sound judgment, confidentiality, strong communication, organization, reliability, and flexibility in a fast-paced school environment.

Lead and supervise middle school students during study hall, lunch, breaks, and after-school activities. Plan and run engaging programs, monitor behavior, enforce safety, conduct one-on-one check-ins, and participate in required training to support students' social and emotional development.

Coach and develop freshman girls volleyball players through practices and games, teach skills, sportsmanship, leadership, ensure safety, communicate with AD, staff, parents, and follow school coaching guidelines.

The Harker School is hiring part-time seasonal coaches for upper school sports, requiring supervision of student-athletes, organization of practices, and effective communication with staff and parents.

Coaches will guide and support student-athletes in grades 4-8 across various sports, promoting skill development and teamwork. Responsibilities include managing practice sessions, maintaining attendance, and communicating with parents and staff.

Provide day-to-day substitute instruction for TK–12 students across lower, middle, and high school divisions. Support student learning, maintain classroom routines, and use technology (Zoom and screencasting) as needed. Serve on-call to cover teacher absences at Harker's San Jose campuses.
