Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance clients, handle renewals and new business quoting/onboarding, build client relationships, ensure accurate documentation, and provide excellent customer service while collaborating with team members.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet goals by generating leads, conducting needs assessments, proposing insurance solutions, and building ongoing client relationships. Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams, maintain CRM records, pursue continuing education, and provide risk assessment and risk management for farm, equine, home, and livestock clients.
