Teams at The HALO Trust

Support the WAM Programme Manager and country teams in donor relations, proposal and report production, partner development, grants and contract monitoring, capacity building, coordination between operations and HQ, and management of regional databases and shared spaces. Provide mentoring, training, and administrative support to ensure compliance and quality delivery across WAM projects in Africa.

Lead financial planning, controls, compliance, and reporting for HALO's Kiribati & Solomon Islands programme. Oversee budgets, cash management, donor reporting, audits, payroll, and risk mitigation. Build capacity of national finance teams, ensure statutory compliance, coordinate with regional/HQ finance, support proposal budgeting, and conduct field visits to strengthen financial systems and controls.

Manage donor relations and partnerships, lead concept notes and proposal development, oversee donor contracts and reporting, coordinate with MEAL and Communications, monitor project progress, support partner capacity-building and represent HALO externally. Travel to field sites and operate in restricted environments as required.
