Lead HALO's global institutional fundraising strategy to secure multi-year, flexible funding from non-traditional donors. Manage a partnerships team through the full contract cycle, cultivate high-level government and donor relationships, oversee proposal and reporting quality, collaborate with regional and programme teams, represent HALO externally, and manage donor safeguarding reporting and stewardship.

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for demining activities in the Mavinga Area of Responsibility. Establish location, recruit and train teams, approve clearance and survey plans, conduct QA visits, manage logistics and stores, liaise with authorities and donors, lead contract and personnel management, monitor operational and financial targets, and ensure compliance with HALO standards and donor requirements.

Lead Angola humanitarian mine action operations: set operational strategy, manage operational teams, ensure safety/IMAS compliance, oversee planning, donor reporting, logistics, and stakeholder relations to deliver clearance and programme performance.
