Provides strategic and hands-on HR partnership across international humanitarian programmes in Angola. Responsibilities include employee relations, employment-law compliance, safeguarding case support, learning and development, talent and succession planning, recruitment, workforce planning, HR reporting, and staff duty of care. The role advises senior programme leaders, coaches in-country HR teams and managers, localizes global policies, and supports staff working in fragile, conflict-affected, and remote environments. Regular travel to HALO locations and operational camps is required.

Provides HR business partnering across international humanitarian programmes in Angola, advising senior leaders on employee relations, safeguarding, learning and development, talent and succession, recruitment, workforce planning, labor-law compliance, HR data, and staff duty of care. The role manages sensitive cases, supports national and expatriate employees, builds local HR capability, and travels regularly to field locations, including insecure or remote operational camps.

Provides technical leadership for weapons and ammunition management operations across Central America. Responsibilities include assessing armouries and explosives storage facilities, developing and delivering technical training, advising security forces, supervising ammunition storage and transport, ensuring compliance with IATG, MOSAIC, IMAS, and national standards, supporting construction and SOP development, maintaining operational data, and conducting regular field visits in Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
