Leads HALO’s global talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment delivery. Develops sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, advises hiring managers, promotes inclusive and safer recruitment, manages recruitment systems, data, suppliers, budgets, visa sponsorship and international placement processes. The role also oversees recruitment governance, employer branding, candidate experience, compliance, reporting, stakeholder training and supervision of a Recruitment Officer.
