Serve as first-level business partner for finance systems: define requirements, design and test integrations, support and maintain ERP/finance applications, lead projects, drive process improvements, and provide training and post-implementation support.

Lead customer insights and category management for key retailer accounts (Walmart). Synthesize syndicated, panel, and shopper data to create actionable growth strategies, inform assortment and shelving, support joint business planning, and present insights to sales and cross-functional partners. Build retailer relationships, identify opportunities and risks, and mentor one direct report while improving insight capabilities across the team.

Own day-to-day delivery and growth for assigned grocery accounts (ADUSA, Wakefern, Wegmans, Harris Teeter). Develop and execute joint business plans, manage broker execution, build senior buyer relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, drive revenue/trade/margin targets, use syndicated and POS data for forecasting and data-driven selling, and support eCommerce and in-store activation.
