Create and manage production schedules using Blue Yonder and Excel, track WIP/raw materials, balance customer orders and inventory, identify and resolve bottlenecks, distribute daily schedules, maintain production records, and follow food safety protocols (GMP, HACCP).

Lead development and execution of trade marketing plans to drive brand/category growth, optimize trade spend, and support revenue and innovation targets. Partner with Sales, Finance, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain on customer programs, S&OP forecasting, pricing, and launch execution. Monitor in-market performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to meet financial and volume objectives.

Serve as first-level business partner for finance systems: define requirements, design and test integrations, support and maintain ERP/finance applications, lead projects, drive process improvements, and provide training and post-implementation support.
