Assists the Community Manager with daily residential property operations, including resident service, rent and deposit reporting, accounts payable, work orders, payroll, audits, HUD/IHDA compliance, recertifications, HAP vouchers, gross rent processing in YARDI, incident reporting, marketing support, and community activities. Assumes community management responsibilities during the manager’s absence and supports team training and resident satisfaction.

Oversee community managers and multifamily properties across an assigned region. Responsibilities include managing budgets, financial performance, leasing and occupancy trends, marketing, compliance, vendor contracts, rent collections, maintenance, capital improvements, reporting, inspections, and team development. The role also requires market analysis, leadership, client relationship management, and travel among assigned communities.

Provides administrative support to the Community Manager by managing correspondence, calls, records, calendars, resident requests, work orders, supplies, financial packages, and special projects. Coordinates building activities, supports maintenance staff, and assists with policies and priorities. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, decision-making, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Yardi accounting software.
