Lead multiple concurrent technical and business change projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, stakeholders, matrix teams, suppliers, contracts, and project methodologies. The role requires strong communication, commercial awareness, Microsoft Project expertise, and proficiency with collaboration tools. Desirable experience includes cloud adoption, DevOps, ITIL, housing, and data-focused projects.

Supports the Heating, Hot Water and Domestic Gas team by assisting Contract Officers and the Contract Manager with compliance requirements. Maintains accurate compliance information and reports, monitors budgets, responds to customer and colleague queries, and organizes administrative workloads. The role requires strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, deadline management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Oldham.

Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service solutions across the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include design, configuration, coding, integration, testing, deployment, documentation, debugging, issue resolution, and business requirements analysis. The role also involves supporting business-critical applications, using structured delivery methods and development tools, and managing people while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.
