Teams at The Guidance Center

Provide short-term crisis case management for adults in a Crisis Stabilization Clinic: assess clients, coordinate care with internal and external partners, arrange referrals and follow-ups, support daily operations, de-escalate crises, and maintain confidentiality and professional communication. Evenings and weekends required.

Provide mobile mental health crisis intervention and outreach across three counties, working in a 2-person team to de-escalate crises, connect individuals to resources, deliver brief intensive services, and support group/individual coping skills at a crisis stabilization center. Evenings and weekends required.

Oversee delivery of Community Based Services in Leavenworth County, supervising case management, attendant care, and parent support staff. Provide intake assessments, treatment planning, outpatient therapy, interim case management, QMHP oversight, SED waiver coordination, wraparound facilitation, and crisis coverage including after-hours rotations.
