Provide short-term crisis case management for adults in a Crisis Stabilization Clinic: assess clients, coordinate care with internal and external partners, arrange referrals and follow-ups, support daily operations, de-escalate crises, and maintain confidentiality and professional communication. Evenings and weekends required.

Oversee delivery of Community Based Services in Leavenworth County, supervising case management, attendant care, and parent support staff. Provide intake assessments, treatment planning, outpatient therapy, interim case management, QMHP oversight, SED waiver coordination, wraparound facilitation, and crisis coverage including after-hours rotations.

Provide crisis assessments and brief psychotherapy to stabilize clients, coordinate care and referrals (inpatient, substance use, rehab, psychiatric), deliver mobile crisis interventions across three counties, document clinical work to quality standards, collaborate with staff and community partners, and manage program performance.
