Teams at The Guidance Center

Provides psychosocial support, group facilitation, case management, assertive outreach, advocacy, crisis response, and resource coordination for adults with serious mental health conditions. Supports client goal attainment across daily living, health, relationships, employment, education, and financial domains. Develops group curricula, updates WRAP and crisis plans, assists with medication appointments and insurance verification, and collaborates with clients, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary behavioral health team.

Oversee all clinical, administrative, operational, fiscal, facility, staffing, and community-relations functions for a behavioral health clinic. Ensure timely service access, regulatory compliance, productivity, quality improvement, billing accuracy, and documentation standards. Supervise clinical staff, provide clinical services and crisis support as needed, participate in leadership, manage onboarding and training, and coordinate clinic needs with organizational leaders.

Provide mobile mental health crisis intervention and outreach across three counties, working in a 2-person team to de-escalate crises, connect individuals to resources, deliver brief intensive services, and support group/individual coping skills at a crisis stabilization center. Evenings and weekends required.
