Build and ship full-stack features across React, Node/Express, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Contribute to the AI pipeline through prompt engineering, context management, and evaluations. Investigate and resolve production issues using Sentry and CloudWatch while collaborating closely with the CTO and grant team. The role includes direct mentoring, code reviews, increasing feature ownership, and opportunities to develop AI-native software engineering skills.

Build and operate end-to-end SaaS features across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI pipelines. Develop production LLM applications, including prompt engineering, context management, model selection, evaluation, agents, and tool-calling workflows. Own production reliability, debugging, architecture, technical standards, and deployment. Collaborate directly with grant teams to identify user problems and deliver usable solutions in an autonomous early-stage environment.

Own customer acquisition strategy across paid media and emerging growth channels. Manage paid media agencies, budgets, forecasts, creative testing, reporting, and performance accountability. Partner cross-functionally with lifecycle, e-commerce, creative, brand, sales, and customer experience teams to connect acquisition activity to DTC revenue, customer growth, and profitability.
