Supervise 3rd-shift manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Lead production planning, staffing, training, timekeeping, and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma). Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning, manage material flow and work cell layout, enforce policies, and maintain EHS and ITAR compliance.
