Supervise and organize the sales team by developing sales plans, setting targets, tracking performance, meeting revenue goals, coordinating lead generation with marketing, and providing ongoing training, motivation, counseling, and product education. The role also involves managing customer relationships, promoting products, and delivering strong customer service.

Oversee hotel HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, records, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, investigations, and employee engagement. Partner with hotel leadership and managers to address workplace concerns, maintain policies, support retention, and ensure a positive and compliant work environment.

Provide corporate legal counsel across hospitality and real estate operations: draft and negotiate contracts, support corporate governance, ensure regulatory and employment compliance, advise on transactions and risk management, manage outside counsel, and deliver legal training to leadership.
