The Instruction Librarian designs and delivers information, AI, and research-literacy instruction; provides research consultations; develops guides and instructional materials; and serves as a liaison to academic departments. Responsibilities also include collection development, scholarly communication, faculty outreach, cultural programming, service, assessment, and professional development.

Provide administrative and analytical support for pre-award and post-award grants and research compliance activities. Assist proposal preparation, budget justification, sub-recipient coordination, expense tracking, regulatory reporting, IRB minute-taking, data collection/analysis, and improvements to institutional research systems to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
