Design, implement, and evaluate employee development and training programs. Research training opportunities, lead train-the-trainer and classroom sessions, create lesson plans, assess participant progress, analyze program/data, and provide actionable feedback to improve learning outcomes.

Design and prepare wastewater treatment and collection system plans, perform engineering calculations, drafting with CADD/AutoCAD, coordinate with clients and contractors, prepare permit applications and specifications, visit sites, ensure code compliance, and represent the firm at meetings and public hearings.

Paid eight-week (320-hour) summer internship combining developmental training (EHS, design technology, site design, project management) with real client project work. Interns will use CADD, assist project teams, attend local site visits, perform plan/spec review, and maintain an assigned workstation.
