Design and prepare wastewater treatment and collection system plans, perform engineering calculations, drafting with CADD/AutoCAD, coordinate with clients and contractors, prepare permit applications and specifications, visit sites, ensure code compliance, and represent the firm at meetings and public hearings.

Design, implement, and evaluate employee development and training programs. Research training opportunities, lead train-the-trainer and classroom sessions, create lesson plans, assess participant progress, analyze program/data, and provide actionable feedback to improve learning outcomes.

Paid freshman internship offering weekly, in-person developmental training and real-project exposure. Interns receive Environmental Health & Safety, design technology, site design, and plan/spec training, participate on project teams, and join client site visits to gain practical industry experience.
