Lead and mentor a preschool classroom team, plan developmentally appropriate lessons, build relationships with families, maintain safety and compliance, and model school core values while supporting child development and a joyful learning environment.

Lead launch and daily operations of a new preschool: recruit and coach staff, drive enrollment and community outreach, manage budgets and compliance, ensure high-quality learning environments, and cultivate family partnerships to meet financial and operational goals.

Supports school leadership by managing family communications, maintaining student records and compliance, coordinating enrollment and admissions tasks, managing daily operations and staffing ratios, assisting events and onboarding, and contributing to operational improvements and school leadership planning.
