Provide remote intellectual property paralegal and docketing support to law firms. Maintain patent and trademark prosecution dockets, calculate and track USPTO and international deadlines, review correspondence, enter deadlines into docketing systems, support filings and renewals, conduct docket reviews, communicate upcoming deadlines, and maintain accurate electronic records. Manage high volumes of matters independently while ensuring exceptional accuracy, organization, and timely identification of docketing issues.

The Litigation Paralegal will assist with legal projects, e-filing, scheduling events, managing discovery, drafting pleadings, and conducting legal research.

Provide legal counsel for DC Federal Court matters, manage litigation, conduct research, draft legal documents, and support case strategies.
