The attorney will support litigation related to consumer protection, class action, and breach of contract, preparing legal documents, managing cases, and conducting research.

Provide plaintiff-side employment litigation support (~10+ hrs/week) including in-person coverage for hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed. Conduct legal research, draft motions and pleadings, review case files, assist with case strategy and back-end litigation support, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to move cases forward efficiently.

Provide remote and occasional in-person plaintiff-side employment law support in West Virginia: cover hearings, depositions, mediations, review files, assist with litigation strategy, research and draft motions and pleadings, manage cases, and collaborate with client firms on wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour, and related matters. Approximately 10+ hours/week on a contract basis.
