Responsibilities include attending and conducting hearings and depositions, reviewing case files, assisting with strategy, communicating with clients and supervising attorneys, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and advancing cases. Requires Georgia licensure, at least five years of litigation experience, employment law expertise, deposition and hearing experience, strong drafting and research skills, and availability for in-person Georgia proceedings.

Provide remote intellectual property paralegal and docketing support to law firms. Maintain patent and trademark prosecution dockets, calculate and track USPTO and international deadlines, review correspondence, enter deadlines into docketing systems, support filings and renewals, conduct docket reviews, communicate upcoming deadlines, and maintain accurate electronic records. Manage high volumes of matters independently while ensuring exceptional accuracy, organization, and timely identification of docketing issues.
