Provides remote freelance paralegal support for Florida probate administration matters. Responsibilities include handling formal and summary administrations, preparing petitions, notices, orders, and court filings, managing deadlines, organizing estate and beneficiary information, communicating with clients and courts, drafting documents, and independently managing cases with accuracy and responsiveness.

Provide in-person representation for master calendar and individual immigration hearings in the Atlanta area. Select compatible hearings from a weekly calendar, comply with local court rules, meet deadlines, and work independently. Georgia bar licensure in good standing and immigration law experience are required or preferred, with Spanish fluency beneficial. Compensation starts at a flat fee of $300 for master hearings, with higher rates for individual hearings.

Provides remote, on-demand paralegal support for business and corporate law matters. Responsibilities include managing legal assignments independently, organizing and maintaining documents, communicating with clients and law firms, and supporting work in a small-firm environment. The role requires approximately 5–10 hours weekly during regular business hours and strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and document-management skills.
