Manage daily team workflow and staffing for a clinical milieu; supervise, train, and evaluate BHT staff; ensure client safety, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, 42CFR Part 2), scheduling, de-escalation, and collaboration with Clinical and HR; provide crisis coverage and assist with policy updates and onboarding.

Support clinical leadership with administrative and operational tasks: client orientation, phone coverage, intake/IOP assessments, data collection and analysis, event coordination, procurement/budget support, quality assurance, specimen handling, and implementation of program changes while maintaining HIPAA and 42CFR Part 2 compliance.
