Processes payroll and accounts payable, including timecard review, payroll tax filings, invoice verification, check generation, resident EFTs, deposits, petty cash, and Payroll Based Journal reporting. Provides data entry and clerical support while assisting the Financial Services Director with daily department operations in a retirement community.

The Human Resources Director leads recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, engagement, performance coaching, compliance, compensation studies, job description development, and personnel policy coordination for a senior living community. The role partners with managers and employees to improve workplace culture, ensure consistent HR practices, and support legal compliance. Responsibilities also include maintaining confidentiality, managing employee concerns, and administering recruitment systems and HR processes.

Full-time interns support business applications, assist with testing and project work, develop business cases and rollout plans, track milestones, collaborate with IT and business users, and present project outcomes to senior leadership.
