Volunteer Trustee responsible for strategic oversight, charity governance, risk and compliance oversight, organisational performance, long-term sustainability, and board-level decision-making. The role requires independent judgment, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and support for responsible innovation. Preferred backgrounds include trustee, board, governance, senior leadership, legal, regulatory, finance, accounting, investment oversight, philanthropy, risk management, or institutional development experience.

The voluntary Chairman will lead and chair Board meetings, guide long-term strategy, strengthen governance and regulatory oversight, support executive leadership, and represent the charity externally. The role requires sound judgment, integrity, strategic and commercial awareness, and experience in board, trustee, non-executive, or senior leadership positions. The Chairman will help balance innovation with accountability while supporting the organization’s institutional development, sustainability, and international aspirations.
