Leads and develops a dealership sales team by hiring, coaching, training, motivating, and managing performance. Drives vehicle sales objectives, closing ratios, customer satisfaction, lead follow-up, and compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Maintains sales records, supports promotions and operational initiatives, collaborates with finance and service departments, and assists sales consultants with customer transactions. Requires automotive sales management experience, leadership ability, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Provides professional front desk and telephone support in a dealership environment. Greets customers, routes calls, answers general questions, supports administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization, and maintains accurate records. Operates telephone and POS systems, supports internal communications, protects confidential information, and helps train new staff when needed. Requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Manages automotive dealership finance and insurance operations, including structuring vehicle financing, securing lender approvals, selling protection products, completing contracts and title paperwork, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provides customer service, supports vehicle sales and delivery, maintains lender and vendor relationships, analyzes profitability, and uses dealership, CRM, and finance systems. Requires prior automotive finance or sales management experience and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
