Provides administrative support to Wealth Management officers while contributing to process improvements and professional growth.

Administers and supports enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, branch, ATM, and cloud-connected network infrastructure. Configures routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems; monitors performance and alerts; troubleshoots connectivity issues; maintains hardware, cabling, documentation, and inventories; coordinates vendors; implements approved changes; and supports security controls, vulnerability remediation, compliance, disaster recovery, and incident response.
