Evaluates agricultural loan requests and complex credit relationships by spreading financial data, analyzing statements, cash flow, ratios, industry trends, and risks. Prepares underwriting reports and loan committee presentations, recommends credit structures, monitors covenants and collateral, tracks borrowing bases, and conducts portfolio reviews. The role also supports regulatory and program requirements, mentors other analysts, and collaborates with lenders and management.

Process wealth management trades, transactions, payments, fees, and account disbursements. Open and maintain accounts, prepare documentation, reconcile accounts with custodians and the Trust Accounting System, monitor cash and wires, manage online account access, and support compliance with policies and regulations. Contribute to process improvements while providing accurate, timely customer service and supporting departmental operations.

Supports the Agricultural Credit Team with financial statement analysis, credit history reviews, cash flow analysis, projections, stress testing, peer analysis, loan performance monitoring, underwriting documentation, risk mitigation, and relationship management. The intern will learn agricultural lending, credit policies, risk assessment, and banking practices while developing analytical, communication, organizational, and professional skills alongside experienced teammates.
