Supports daily venue finance operations by recording transactions, preparing invoices and expense documentation, reconciling accounts, monitoring payables and receivables, assisting with month-end close, budgeting, and reporting, maintaining financial records, supporting audits, and coordinating financial documentation across departments.

Engage prospective customers, generate leads, build relationships, understand customer needs, present property investment opportunities, and achieve individual and team sales targets. The role requires confident communication, persuasion, negotiation, resilience, and a customer-focused approach. Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, or telesales experience is advantageous. Successful candidates receive training toward RERA certification, salary plus commission, visa, and health insurance.

Promote Dubai property investment opportunities to visitors at shopping complexes, hotels, and airport terminals. Engage prospects, explain property ownership benefits, collect contact details, and invite qualified clients to office tours. The role involves six-hour shifts six days per week, meeting sales targets, and earning salary, commissions, and bonuses. Fluency in English plus Arabic, Russian, or French is required, along with a confident, friendly personality and prior promotions or sales experience.
