Processes and reconciles deposit accounts, balances banking systems, performs data entry, maintains records, prepares customer statements, and resolves accounting or customer issues. Handles wire and mobile deposit support, scans and audits documentation, and ensures compliance with banking regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation E, Regulation CC, CRA, and Regulation DD.

Manage the bank's Treasury Management program including client onboarding, sales and relationship development, customer training and support for treasury products (online banking, ACH, wires, remote deposit, merchant services), fraud prevention, compliance, audits and risk reviews, profitability analysis, and collaboration with bank officers to grow deposit and treasury relationships.
